EPOXY RESIN DK EPX 114 is a rigid 100% reactive diluted epoxy resin. The resin is suitable for most general purposes where use temperatures will not exceed 95 ºC and is generally used with polyamine or polyamide hardeners. It provides cured performance comparable to that of conventionally diluted epoxy resin, while also providing these important advantages: A. Lower surface tension,allowing geater filler acceptance. B. Reduced odor and vapor pressure. C. Less potential for handling hazards.
BE-188 is a liquid, unmodified bisphenol A- epichlorohydrin epoxide resin which is light straw-color has medium viscosity. BE-188 is one of the most standard liquid resin which can be cured with amine, anhydride, polyamide, or other hardeners depending upon desired and properties. The products have excellent chemical resistance, superior physical and electrical properties, maximum heat resistance and excellent adhesion. BE-188 cam be cured at room or elevated temperatures depending upon choice of hardener.
DK EPX 901 X 75 is bisphenol A-epichlorohydrin epoxide resin, having relatively low molecular weight and softening point. DK EPX 901 X 75 modified with polyamines is used where high chemically resistant performance is required. DK EPX 901 X 75 is also useful for baking type surface coatings together with acrylic or alkyd resins in order to improve mechanical, adhesive properties and water resistance. KEH 1200 is solvent free mixture of amines hardeners used for curing of epoxy liquids. It is being used in combination with KEH 1150 (slow hardener) for infusion process to manufacture wind mill blades. The pot life of epoxy resin system can be decreased by increasing the ratio of fast hardener (KEH 1200) to slow hardener (KEH 1150). The same system also recommended to manufacturing composites for cryogenic applications.
